We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colors of products. All product dimensions, sizes, and specifications are approximate.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website or in orders.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products
• Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

3. Arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, if mediation fails
